Dr. Aguilar is an author and educator focused on exploring essential leadership principles through insightful writing. She holds a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, TX.

Her extensive academic experience includes teaching management and leadership courses as an Assistant Professor at various universities including Texas A&M-Central Texas, Fort Hays University, and SIAS International.
